Radar Operator

FishEye Software is seeking a highly motivated Radar Operator to join our team supporting the Missile Defense Agency Sensors Test Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our HWIL radar systems to support real-time, real-world Warfighter missions. This position required an Active DOD Secret clearance. Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily stand-alone tests of radar systems, including operating test equipment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and analyzing test results to ensure system performance meets specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures, results, and system configuration.
• Support Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) lab testing at the Advanced Research Center (ARC)
• Complete accurate and timely as-run reports and observations, documenting system performance, anomalies, and operational issues.
• Review and update engineering procedures, standards, and requirements as needed to improve system performance, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and support evolving mission needs.
