PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for checking, maintaining, and following up on patient eligibility, scheduling, and management of administrative patient needs
- Facilitate the onboarding of new patients by reviewing their Intake Paperwork, completing and conducting the patient intake call
- Patient registration in the Electronic Health Record
- Assist new and established patients with scheduling consultations and appointments
- Create and prep new patient charts as part of the intake process
- Communicate with clinicians and patients often throughout the day via email, phone call, text, and instant messaging
- Manage and update information in the CRM as clients are processing through the intake process
- Support clinicians with internal and external referrals and scheduling
- Other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- 1 year experience in an administrative, client-facing position
- Ability to manage multiple systems concurrently, including but not limited to EHR, CRM, email, referral/marketing platforms, and phone systems
- Should be sensitive to cultural differences that clients or patients present with.
Compensation:
$24.00-$29.00/Hr
Other Requirements:
Applicants will be required to authorize a background check and submit to drug testing. Failure to do so will disqualify applicants for consideration for the position.
