- Lead & Train Your Team : Build a strong, cohesive team by effectively communicating policies, standards, and company values. Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing coaching and development to staff in all front-of-house positions.
- Operational Excellence : Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency within the restaurant. Oversee daily operations to maximize profitability, scheduling staff effectively.
- Quality Control : Conduct regular line checks and ensure all food and beverage items meet Lure Fish House's high standards.
