Position Overview
We are hiring a Corporate Planning Manager. The Corporate Planning Manager works with management to develop the company’s business strategies, including mid-term & long-term business plan, and measures performance against corporate objectives. The Corporate Planning Manager supports various strategic projects, which may involve business alliances, new business, mid- and long-term demand / capacity.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Planning, developing, and monitoring corporate strategies
- Support planning and budgeting processes, including annual budget and mid-term plan submitted to the parent company
- Ensure authoritative reporting of performance against plan
- Bridge gaps between strategic planning, commercial planning (sales / forecast), and operational planning (production / demand)
- Supporting business development, e.g. M&A
- Managing and cooperating with affiliates / subsidiaries
- Organize / support Strategic Priority Initiatives reviews and monitor performance
