Job Description:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in electronics test and measurement, with experience working with microwave components. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot complex electronic systems and interpret technical specifications.
Main Duties:
- Set up and operate standard microwave bench test equipment.
- Perform calibration and testing of complex electronic systems, including microwave components.
- Interpret technical specifications and ensure that products meet company and customer requirements.
- Develop and recommend test procedures and special applications based on product specifications.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve testing or assembly issues.
- May provide work direction to lower-level technicians.
- Analyze data from testing and calibration activities.
- Develop and recommend special purpose test fixtures as needed.
- Maintain, repair, and/or fabricate production test equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electronics or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in electronics test and measurement.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications.
