About Us : Fisica is a fast-growing company with three separate business units located in the Bay Area and Los Angeles Basin. We provide electromagnetic simulators, and ground and airborne antennas for the department of energy and department of defense applications. Recently formed from a recent divestiture of a large defense company, we are looking for a high energy, technically savvy individual to fulfill a key role for the new organization.
Position Summary : The Communications Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing and internal communications. This role is critical in shaping the company's public image, managing brand reputation, and ensuring clear, consistent messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of communication strategies, exceptional writing skills, and experience with social media. This role will report to the HR Director
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning :
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and public relations.
Develop and maintain internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
Write, edit, and proofread content for various communication channels, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is 96,500-179,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Fisica Inc. also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), PTO, EAP, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, and schedule type.
