Title : Shipping and Receiving Coordinator A
Location : San Leandro, CA

Major Responsibilities :
1. Receives, unpacks & verifies incoming items against purchase orders & forwards items to inspection, requisitioner or stores.
2. Maintains complex receiving records & other associated paperwork.
3. Performs computer input of all daily receiving transactions.
4. Makes local pickups & deliveries.
5. Packs company products in shipping cartons to ensure proper care is taken to protect products.
6. Verifies product serial numbers, part numbers & shipping paperwork match.
7. Posts weights & shipping charges, and maintains records of materials shipped.
8. Operates forklift as required. Certification required
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
10. Performs moderate physical efforts. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. required. Works under acceptable conditions with some distraction due to occasional exposure to noise, dust, heat, or chemicals.
Education / Experience / Training :
Normally requires a minimum of 2-4 years related experience, the ability to read and write, add and subtract whole numbers, count accurately and use all types of measuring tools. Related experience should include data entry, shipping and receiving in manufacturing and forklift operation. Must have and or be in process to obtain a valid driver’s license. Normally requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Requirements :
- Flexible to work varied shifts, overtime, weekends and travel on occasion
- Able to lift 50 lbs. close to the body and 25 pounds repetively.
- Will be exposed to some or all of the following : fumes, dust, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather, moving mechanical parts and moderate to loud noise levels.
- Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment when required.
- Must have clean driving record
- May be required to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $36,920 - $55,500k. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, and schedule type.
9 / 80 : Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.
