BUSINESS ANALYST, LOGISTICS WAREHOUSING
OUR ROLE
Are you ready to drive financial insights and efficiencies in logistics and warehousing across the Americas? We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team and support our Director of Logistics and Warehousing. In this role, you'll dive into performance analysis, data collection, and system understanding, collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize our supply chain operations and drive sustainable cost reductions. This position is based in Southaven, MS US and reports to our Julian Ramirez, Director, Logistics Americas. The role is full-time and a hybrid role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS
Responsibilities:
Perform BA/Region specific Logistics & Warehousing performance analysis.
Aid in supply/demand planning through diverse data and performance analysis.
Assist the Supply Chain network by constructing business cases and providing supporting documentation for project approval and execution, ensuring financial commitments throughout.
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing process efficiency and holding key stakeholders accountable.
Collaborate with Sales and BA’s to optimize efficiency in operations, advising on service level and cost trade-offs.
Analyze and recommend changes to the customer compliance fines process for ongoing improvement.
Support long-term planning and guide sales on cost-to-serve implications for various delivery options.
Prepare accurate and timely consolidated monthly reports.
Create and maintain complex process mapping and system diagrams.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Logistics & Warehousing, Director of Supply Chain, Supply Chain Finance, Sales, and BA (business areas) Finance teams.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent pursued with enthusiasm
Brings 1-4 years of experience in Finance or Logistics with a focus on Finance
Fluent in English, the corporate working language
Lead in inspiring others contributing to an inclusive and supportive culture
Skilled at deriving insights from large data sets
Comfortable with financial supply chain dynamics
Familiarity with crafting business cases
Experience in logistics reporting cost-to-serve analysis is beneficial
Proficient in Excel PowerPoint; familiar with JDE, SAP, HFM, BW, Tableau / similar tools
Builds relationships with stakeholders to influence decisions in a collaborative environment
Maintains a entrepreneurial mindset, commercial acumen, analytical skills
Enjoys translating business insights into actionable improvement suggestions
Communicates analysis effectively, conveying complex information clearly
Values promoting trust and collaboration across the organization
Proven ability to take ownership inspire your colleagues towards collective success
