We’re looking for a Specialty Finance Banker to support our clients with their banking needs in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What You’ll Do : ? Assist clients with deposit account inquiries, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Prepare and complete wire forms for wire transfer requests.
- Coordinate with branches to facilitate new account openings.
- Follow up with clients to secure pending e-signatures for new account documents.
- Manage daily client and staff requests with professionalism and accuracy. What You’ll Need :
Prior experience in banking or branch Teller operations.
Strong communication skills—both over the phone and via email.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellent customer service.
