System Operations & Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities :
System Administration : Manage enterprise and departmental systems, including user access, permissions, and content creation for SharePoint sites.
Change Management : Communicate system outages, upgrades, and changes to end-users and leadership effectively.
Efficiency Improvement : Coordinate and manage projects to enhance system and operational efficiencies while reducing costs.
Collaboration & Integration : Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and partners, focusing on automation and seamless system integration.
Documentation & Training : Create and maintain user manuals, job aids, and procedures; provide training and support to end-users.
Data Analysis & Problem-Solving : Analyze data to identify trends, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend improvements.
Compliance & Audit Support : Ensure processes meet state and federal regulations, assist with audits, and perform due diligence reviews.
Ongoing Testing : Test systems and processes after upgrades to ensure functionality and compliance.
What You’ll Need to Succeed :
Experience : At least 2 years in the banking industry
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint), with experience in Symitar or Meridian Link preferred.
Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to resolve complex issues.
Communication : Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Initiative : A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
