Overview
Fit Camp 35 is a group training studio that has been in business since 2017, working out of a 2500 square foot studio located in Okemos, MI.
The great news is we are growing!
We currently have 75 members with a goal to reach 100. This means busier classes, more admin work, possibly adding times to the schedule, and all the accountability that comes with all those members.
We train primarily women over 40 who’s main goals are to lose weight, get stronger, and tone up.

You’re going to get to work alongside our head coach who has over 12 years experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. He’s excited to pass along his vast fitness knowledge to you and will help you grow in your role as a trainer and group fitness instructor.
Pay ranges from $18-$25 per hour. We are looking to initially fill 10 sessions per week (this will take approximately 10 hours), with the possibility of up to 15. These hours will initially be in the early morning times slots (our early morning sessions are 5:30 am and 6:15 am).
What We Are Looking For:
Someone to join our team as a group fitness instructor.
Someone with the desire to work with men and women over 40 (mostly women) who are looking to change their lives with fitness.
Someone with positive energy who is friendly, communicates well, enjoys being in a group setting, is coachable, but also knows how to have fun.
2 years group fitness experience and a certification with ACE, NASM, ISSA, or NSCA is preferred.
Responsibilities:
*Lead a small to medium sized group (5-15 people) through a proper warm-up and various circuits using a variety of equipment (TRX, Battle Ropes, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Sliders, Etc.)
*Be able to correct form quickly and work with new clients who maybe new to exercise
*Be able to modify exercises quickly for those with common limitations (primarily knee limitations)
*Eventually design classes using our proven workout templates

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
