This unique opportunity is a dual role as a lead front desk individual and you will also be cross trained as an exercise specialist to assist our patients in the gym with education and instruction of their exercise program, as developed by the Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant. This a very busy clinic so you must be capable, and enjoy, a fast paced environment.

The front desk receptionist responsibilities as well as verifying insurances. It is a full time position and will require excellent customer service skills, computer skills, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and to work as a team member. We are looking for a mature, responsible, dependable, and compassionate employee.
Responsibilities will include checking patients in and out, scheduling patients, answering phones, collecting co-pays and handling all aspects of patient flow through the clinic from check in to check out. This employee will work closely with our clinical staff, accounts receivable and scheduling departments.
You must have strong computer skills, including MS Excel and Word and have IMPECCABLE phone presentation.
Additional training in our gym to also work as an Exercise Specialist assisting patients with their exercises with also be required.
This is a great opportunity for a graduate of an Applied Physiology and Kinesiology or Exercise Science program.
