Job Description

Fit for Life Physical Therapy seeks candidates who are interested in health & wellness for the position of Office Manager. Full time and part time positions are available. This position requires organization and communication skills, the ability to hold multiple responsibilities and prioritize, and a sense of humor. The person in this key position sets the tone for a welcoming, informative, and convenient experience for our patients. A kind, engaging presence at our front desk is crucial to the success of Fit for Life Physical Therapy's unique model. Duties include:

• Work with Physical Therapists, fellow Office Managers, and Owners in the day-to-day operations of Fit For Life Physical Therapy's Polaris location.
• Greet new and returning patients, explain any necessary new information in regards to their care, and set them up for a positive, productive experience.
• Create and maintain patient charts, records, appointments, and payments; Manage Physical Therapists' calendars.
• Heavy phone and email communication for purposes of arranging and maintaining the schedule, coordination of insurance verification, and correspondence with patients - all in a timely manner.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including but not limited to: keeping medical & cleaning supplies stocked, maintaining clinic cleanliness, and assisting Physical Therapists in efficient turnover throughout the day.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (Minimum)
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with heavy email communication, spreadsheets, and Google Suite
• Ability to engage with patients/customers in a knowledgeable, kind manner
• Phone and email communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Experience interacting with physicians/therapists in a close capacity
• Ability to manage confidential information and use discretion when handling patient information
