Fit Kitchen Meals Woodlands is looking for a self-starter who takes accountability and ownership of their work to join our team as a Prep Manager. This role involves overseeing food preparation, managing daily kitchen tasks, and managing a food delivery schedule. It does not involve managing staff but requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth execution of food prep tasks
- Organize and oversee the daily prep schedule
- Maintain inventory and assist with ordering ingredients
- Coordinate meal production timelines to meet delivery deadlines
- Ensure all food meets quality and safety standards
- Light cooking
Assist with menu planning and catering do various dietary needs
Requirements:
- Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of accountability
- Experience in food prep or kitchen operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow a detailed schedule
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
