What are the responsibilities and job description for the District Fitness Manager position at Fit Pro Finders?
Our client is in search of a District Fitness Manager to oversee 5 Fitness Managers and their Personal Training teams at 6-12 locations of a low cost, high value fitness club chain with over 80 locations nationwide. We're looking for someone with prior management experience overseeing multiple locations, genuine customer service skills, proven sales and persona training experience, and a passion for culture and team mentorship. Reporting to our VP of Personal Training, the DFM will be responsible for ensuring that our teams are achieving sales goals in the personal training department and our operations and trainer education are consistent throughout all locations and are in line with our culture.
What we expect:
* Minimum of 3 years of Personal Training Management experience overseeing multiple locations.
* Someone who has worked in the fitness industry previously and has an interest in fitness.
* Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors, i.e. calm, professional, and empathetic to all levels of management, employees, customers, and vendors.
* Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
* Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and training.
* Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
* Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
