Job Requirements
- Greeting incoming visitors and assisting them as needed
- Answering and routing incoming phone calls
- Typing correspondence
- Filing
- Sorting Mail and packages
- Scheduling appointments
- Performing daily administrative duties
- Light bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Assist with inventory
