Store managers at Fit2Run should be running enthusiasts and passionate about helping customers find the right shoes, apparel and accessories to help them with their running needs.

Job Details
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Respond to customer suggestions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Report writing, managing payroll and scheduling
- Ability to manage and work on the sales floor and demonstrate what great customer service looks like to staff
- Track sales and selling rations and coach their staff to ensure proper understanding of the expectations and that they are meeting them.
- Create a fun and engaging community run club to help draw customers into the store and create strong community involvement.
- Partner with local races to help support the races and the runners.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.'
