Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead instructor in delivering course materials and hands-on training.
- Demonstrate proper techniques for medical assisting, EKGs, and phlebotomy procedures.
- Provide one-on-one guidance to students needing additional support.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
- Ensure the classroom and equipment are properly prepared for each session.
- Valid certifications in Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), EKG, and Phlebotomy.
- Experience in a healthcare or educational setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for education and mentoring students.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the lead instructor and school staff.
Salary : $18 - $23
