Call Center Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle incoming calls, address inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and courteous manner.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and resolve issues.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately while managing multiple systems.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette to ensure a positive interaction with each caller.
• Document all interactions in the customer management system for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and customer management systems.
• Ability to analyze information quickly and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Experience in a medical office setting is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.56 - $17.62 per hour
