Fitch Construction, Inc. is seeking individuals to handle inbound telephone and internet inquiries from customers considering our home remodeling services. Successful candidates will represent Fitch Construction services accurately and professionally in order to schedule an
in-home appointment with one of our sales pros.

- Answer calls, set free in-home sales appointments
- Reaches out to leads and nurtures them, maintaining a customer/service relationship
- Coordinates leads generated from internet-based companies/trade shows
- Enter customer information gathered into company CRM program
- Performs administrative functions to support all departments as needed
- Restocks showroom documentation
- Generates showroom appointments
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone presence and the ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
