This role reports to the Director of Inclusion and Community. The role focuses on enhancing the impact of the community programs in the Americas region, advancing global efforts to foster an inclusive workplace, and effectively measuring progress.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $75,000 and $85,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.

- Fitch Community Support
- Support Regional Head of Fitch Community, Americas to deliver an engaging portfolio of volunteering opportunities in line with our core focus areas
- Organize Fitch Community volunteer events, managing all operational elements to ensure event success and a meaningful experience for both volunteers and beneficiaries
- Coordinate volunteer recruitment efforts, including curating content for our Benevity platform and FX intranet pages
- Facilitate data collection and tracking of KPIs to ensure progress against Fitch Community goals, including distributing volunteer surveys, liaising with non-profit partners to assess impact and areas for improvement, and tracking team KPIs
- Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with employees, community partners, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and support corporate social responsibility & inclusion initiatives
- Work with the internal and external communications teams to execute effective strategies that raise awareness, build engagement and increase knowledge of Fitch Community and Inclusion
- Act as point of contact for Fitch Community & Inclusion initiatives, responding to queries and requests from the business
- Coordination of Inclusion Initiatives
- Support initiatives advancing Fitch Inclusion goals, working collaboratively with stakeholders across HR, the Global DEI Council, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to create a more inclusive workplace
- Coordinate company mentor programs, managing program enrollment, matching, and engagement sessions to support employee development and inclusion
- Contribute to submissions for external benchmarks and charters highlighting Fitch’s advancements in creating a more inclusive work environment
- Research and Collaboration
- Lead research activities focused on developing and enhancing Inclusion Initiatives, creating proposals, presentations and other materials for senior review
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to inform creation and enhancement of policies and practices in line with our Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Environmental strategies
- Support delivery of culture carrier frameworks across Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility team (e.g. Fitch Community Champions, ERG standard operating model)
- Work closely with the broader CSR/Inclusion team to build synergy between our Fitch Community, Inclusion, wellbeing and environmental sustainability initiatives and strategies
- Experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, corporate philanthropy, or another related department
- Personable with an ability to build rapport and relationships across different businesses, cultures and levels of seniority
- Ability to analyze and evaluate data relating to social impact and/or inclusion programs
- Self-starter who can work well both independently and collaboratively as part of a team environment.
- Quick learner with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Experience conducting thorough and accurate research across various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively plan, organize, prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using IT applications including MS Office, Zoom and other web-based platforms
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience working with Employee Resource Groups
- An understanding of CSR, DEI, and ESG more broadly
- Experience and fluency with the Benevity platform and reporting
- Experience working with or at a non-profit
- Organized, detail-focused, and results-oriented
