Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, finding plants, and assisting customers with their purchases.
- Contribute positively to the work environment by being proactive, enthusiastic, and helpful.
- Become proficient in our POS system and learn about our products to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Participate in tasks such as watering, creating plant arrangements, and merchandising displays to ensure a visually appealing store.
- Answer phones, respond to messages, and maintain a clean and organized greenhouse.
- Assist with other duties as assigned and demonstrate interest in leadership roles.
Requirements
- Age 14 and a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 30lbs and remain active for most of the shift.
- A willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of plants and gardening is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
