Asst. Dir. Musical Production (Stage Manager)

Qualifications:
- Experience in theatre arts
- related experience as director or assistant preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production & direction of three performances of
- one musical play at the high school
- Assist with instruction in all aspects of theatre arts
- Attend all rehearsals; supervise and direct all backstage crew and cast for all three performances
- Direct and or delegate all technical aspects of the play including but not limited to:
- Lighting,
- makeup,
- sets,
- sound and lighting equipment,
- sound and lighting design
Terms of Employment/Salary/Work Year:
As negotiated by the Fitchburg School Committee and the Fitchburg Education Association (FEA). Extra Curricular Salary Schedule - Level 5.
This is a pension-eligible stipend for an extracurricular club or class.
This is a one-year appointment.
