Job Title : Product Development / Commercialization Director
We’re looking for an exceptional Product Development / Commercialization Director to oversee all Product Development / Commercialization for FitFlop.

You’ll be responsible for all aspects of product development ensuring that approved designs are translated into exceptional products from initial sketch review to pre-production stage. You’ll ensure delivery of footwear collections which are developed and commercialized to the agreed timetable and quality standards, within the brand handwriting and meeting all cost criteria.
You’ll also lead the focus on ensuring that all technical risks associated with :
- Construction
- Performance in wear
- Material and component suitability
- Packaging and transit performance
are proactively identified, controlled, and eliminated wherever possible.
You’ll be an inspirational leader and have a world-class knowledge of EVA in manufacturing, pattern and last making, R&D, and innovation. You’ll be passionate about footwear (of course) and ideally have a sport and comfort-shoe background. You’ll be the first to spot the trends in the market and have the tenacity and experience to make sure that all designs are 100% right.
