Job Responsibilities
- Implement daily class workouts
- Motivate and interact with studio members before, during, and after class sessions
- Instruct and demonstrate each movement in the workout
- Explain, modify, regress, and progress movements performed as needed to keep members safe and challenge them appropriately
- Communicate, lead, and maintain organization in a loud and often chaotic environment
- Understand and demonstrate safe practices when coaching in a group setting
- Opportunities for personal training outside class hours
- Represent RACKED both inside and outside of the studio and actively participate in member engagement
- Lift and move weights, benches, and other equipment (weighing up to 100lbs) to their appropriate storage locations
- Clean off equipment and high-use areas after each session
Requirements
Outgoing, energetic, positive personality
Highly preferred : Strength & Conditioning Certification such as CSCS (NSCA), CFSC (Mike Boyle), PPSC (John Rusin), or similar
Ideal Candidate (what to look for) :
Examples : FMS, NASM CES
