Key Responsibilities :
Develop and support a network of high-performing head trainers across all FitLab studios :
- Oversee the execution of head trainer performance reviews, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Drive effective communication and implementation of new programming and experience procedures at the studio level.
- Analyze club utilization data and customer feedback to support studio leadership in decisions related to hiring, releasing talent, adjusting schedules, and implementing tools to enhance consumer engagement.
Lead in recruiting, assessing, and selecting top talent across FitLab studios :
Cultivate a varied and vibrant applicant pool by generating enthusiasm and interest in available trainer opportunities within the FitLab brand portfolio.Initiate direct outreach and keep a large top-of-the-funnel of qualified candidates for all FitLab brands.Conduct interviews, manage auditions, hire and onboard for all FitLab brands.Share your expertise in developing programming, trainers, and brands alongside a team of industry leaders to create the best member experience in each individual studio :
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of each brand’s nuances, including equipment, programming, and staffing requirements.Ensure studios deliver an exceptional member experience, from onboarding to ongoing participation in programs.Support local events, fitness challenges, and community outreach to foster engagement and brand visibility.Encourage consistent and meaningful interactions between studio teams and members to build loyalty.Assist the Regional Studio Manager with conducting facility walk-throughs focusing on the member experience.Foster camaraderie among FitLab trainers through the organization of events, CETs and meetups.Teach 4-5 classes per quarter across studios as a way to exemplify the brand standards.Perform other job-related projects / duties as assigned.
Requirements : Experience :
Minimum 3 years in multi-unit management, preferably in the fitness industry. Must be an experienced people leader who has built, developed, and retained high-performing teams.Minimum 3 years’ experience in group or boutique fitness.Required Skills / Abilities :
