Position Summary & Key Areas of Ownership
We’re looking for a high energy, positive and forward-thinking addition to our Fitlife Foods Family who specializes in leadership, development, and operations management. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a fast-paced omni-channel prepared meals business. Our Retail Team Leads will work a minimum of 20 regularly scheduled weekly hours, preferably on peak sales volume days (Sundays & Mondays) and / or days / times that the Community Store Leader is not scheduled to be in the store.

What You’ll Be Doing
Retail Team Leads assist the Community Store Leaders with building new relationships in our community and continually reinforcing solid relationships with our existing customers and ensuring optimal store operations and aesthetic intelligence. What you’ll be doing :
- Continually reinforce and display 100% customer focused behaviors by listening, being the first to jump in and answer questions, and knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Use your personality and energy to create a fun, upbeat environment, where people want to work, and customers want to shop.
- Assist Community Store Leaders with leading marketing activities within the store and within the community to build a rapport with prospective customers, like-minded businesses and trainers to continue to build the business.
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling processes.
- Help address team member and customer concerns and problem solving within the store.
- Assist Community Store Leader with product ordering, inventory and P&L management.
- Additional ownership and reinforcement of customer and operational processes, procedures and checklists.
- Fill in for Community Store Leader in times of absence and serve as additional liaison to Retail Operations Manager / Director of Sales & Consumer Experience (this may include being on-call when not scheduled to work in the store).
