CLUB STUDIO newest Brand from Fitness International, LLC is looking for a motivated FITNESS CLUB SALES MANAGER professional to join our Team in San Antonio Texas!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Find hire, train a top talented team that are fitness minded and understand how to sell fitness.
- Set daily goals for yourself and your team to surpass company sales expectations.
- Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club through team by working with all managers and team members to accomplish this
- Must be proficient in selling fitness and multiple modalities of studio classes
- Ensure that your team can communicate studio concepts
- Passionate about community outreach and help the studio director in planning in studio events
- Daily 15-minute morning meeting with Club Manager, Personal Training Director, and Studio Director to discuss any outstanding items from the previous day and plan a strategy for the current day
- Generate new clients and encourage the team to do the same
- Create a positive, safe teamwork environment
- Take responsibility for all club needs. Step in and help out
- Understand and respect the definition of management – “the skill of attaining predetermined goals with and through voluntary cooperation and effort of others”
- Eager to continue to learn about management skills development.
- Be timely well dressed and ready to work
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years management or leadership in the fitness industry
- Experience working in fitness relates sales.
- Work a minimum of 45-50 hrs. / 5 days per week, plus Saturday until 1pm
- Experience managing and motivating a team
- Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve
