Key Responsibilities:
-First Impressions: Be the welcoming face for our members and guests, setting a positive tone for their club experience. Build strong relationships and provide exceptional service.
Sales and Marketing: Present our club to potential members, assist them in selecting the best membership options, and achieve sales targets.
-Customer Service: Ensure all members and guests receive top-notch service by creating a clean, fun and friendly environment.
-Revenue: Generate revenue by presenting upgrade options, through membership renewals and collecting past due balances.
Qualifications:
-Passion for Health and Fitness: Enthusiasm for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
-Customer Service Skills: Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
-Sales Experience: Previous Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We offer training and tools to help you succeed.
-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
-Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
