About Us: L.A. Fitness is hiring for Personal Training Management Staff who are devoted and excited in assisting clients in achieving and fulfilling their individual fitness goals.
Our entry-level position can make $2,500 per month ($30,000 per year); if successful, after 60 to 90 days you can qualify for an Assistant Director position. Successful Assistant Directors can become club Personal Training Directors within another 60-90 days. Our average club director makes close to $60,000 per year, with our Company's top 100 PTD's averaging close to $100,000 a year. We are currently accepting applications for fast track manager roles. (APTD).
About You:
You will be responsible for providing introductory training assessments to our members, selling training packages for our certified personal training staff and holding Personal Trainers accountable.
This is a full time position with benefits and opportunities to advance.
Personal Training Assistant/Director Responsibilities:
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the Personal Training team and manage the program accordingly.
Monitor a program of 150 clients/accounts and establish strategy for growth and client retention.
Meet with clients to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
Talk to members of the gym about their goals and introduce them to our personal training program packages.
Quickly design creative and enjoyable workout plans.
Produce daily sales of training packages by
Performing 10 mini workouts per a day
Setting 6 programs presentation appointments per day
Generating 2 appointment shows per day
Achieving a minimum closing rate of 25% with a $2,500 average sale.
