Position Overview:

Manages and monitors daily cash management transactions and small Treasury team for our corporate offices and more than 700 club locations in the U.S. and Canada. Reports on various cash activities, executes borrowing/investment transactions, and prepares cash flow forecasting. Assists in the development of bank relationships, determination of short-term cash uses, and the anticipation of short-term borrowing needs. Currently using Workday Financials.

Primary functions and responsibilities:

· Performs daily corporate cash management and forecasting activities, including assessing short-term borrowing needs. Manages two Treasury Analysts.

· Monitors and manages company’s daily cash position and ensures internal controls are executed.

· Determines daily cash balances available for investment or paydown and prepares applicable reports.

· Manages, maintains, and administers multiple bank relationships and related reports.

· Reviews and recommends improvements to current cash management processes and assists in training.

· Executes funds movement and credit agreement transactions and delivers applicable notices to banks.

· Runs and reviews reports of daily cash receipts/payments and reconciles bank reporting to internal reporting. Heavy reconciling of daily club deposits for cash and credit cards in various accounts with multiple banks and follow-up with club managers for missing and/or variances in such deposits.

· Tracks and resolves receipts/payment exceptions and handles bank research as needed.

· Analyzes bank fees and credit card fees and reports on trends and reasons for fluctuations.

· Interfaces with Accounting and IT for general ledger and daily BAI2 bank uploads, helps prepare journal entries and assists with general troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field required.

· Multi-unit cash management experience required.

· 4-6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance and familiarity with Treasury Operations.

· Solid understanding of financial analysis and statistics.

· Familiarity with cash/bank management systems.

· Knowledge of MS Office including intermediate Excel and Word.

· Knowledge of appropriate accounting and financial software programs.

· Knowledge of multi-unit and subscription billing cash processes.

· Knowledge of cash management, forecasting, and internal controls.

· Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team.

· Appropriate handling of sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
