Fitness Sales Manager Job Description:
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Provide our members a FUN environment by providing free sample sessions and workshops.
- Book your calendar up with complimentary sessions to demonstrate to the members the benefits of working with our personal trainers.
- Provide clients with regular feedback and accountability on their progress
- Talk to members of the gym about their goals and introduce them to our training program
- Must have discipline to make the required amount of phone calls to our members each day to book up your calendar.
- Must be willing to engage our members in person on the workout floor each day to book up your calendar.
- Deliver a legendary customer service experience.
Personal Trainer Qualifications:
- Certification / Degree is preferred...but not required. We offer a paid certification for anyone wanting this position if they display enough fitness knowledge.
- Must have current, valid CPR/AED certification (or obtain one before hire)
- Preferred but not required: 1 years’ experience as a personal trainer
- Preferred but not required: 1 years’ experience in sales any industry
- Ability to perform exercises and movements as demonstrations for clients
- Enthusiastic, encouraging attitude
Compensation and Schedule:
- Starting pay between $4000 to $6000 per month based on production.
- Base salary Commissions
- Full time only: 5 days weekly 8 hours minimum effort.
