Are you looking to expand your office skills or a career change? Getting back into the workforce and need to refresh call center skills? We are looking for entry level candidates to join our training program. Over the course of 18- 24 months, you will learn skills needed in today’s office environment. Get paid to learn these new skills. Our program will allow you to learn in a slower paced and quiet office setting with one-on-one training.
The E-Commerce Customer Support agent will learn to become responsible for handling in-bound and out-bound calls, live chat, responding to tickets generated from the e-commerce website and documenting/resolving customer issues. The training program is broken down into monthly and yearly growth goals.
