Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinic Director to join our team at Fitness Quest. As a member of the Confluent Health family, we are transforming healthcare by developing and educating highly effective clinicians.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor budgets, as well as oversee maintenance of the facility.
- Develop relationships with key physicians and market to existing and new physicians to bring in new patients.
- Build and maintain a positive team through servant leadership and prioritize the best interest of patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- A terminal degree from an accredited institution; Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred.
- Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist to practice in the applicable state.
- Three plus years of experience as a therapist, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Completion of or enrollment in residency training preferred.
- Clinical Specialist Board Certification preferred.
