Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our Punta Gorda, FL clinic location. The successful candidate will work closely with physical therapists to assist patients in improving their quality of life through prescribed exercises, hands-on care, and education.
Responsibilities:
- Apply expert clinical skills to meet patients' needs with empathy and understanding.
- Work under the direction of physical therapists to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications:
- Current Florida Physical Therapy Assistant licensure.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Prior experience as an Outpatient PTA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
