Job Summary:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in our Venice, FL clinic location. As a Physical Therapist at Fitness Quest Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services to our patients. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services to patients
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
- Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida (or able to expedite licensing process)
- Working knowledge of computer and EMR software applications
