Are you a passionate and certified personal trainer looking for an opportunity to make an impact? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and help our clients reach their fitness goals. This is a part-time position with availability required on Saturdays from 6am to 2pm.
As a personal trainer at Fitness Together Melrose, you’ll have the chance to work with a team of professional coaches who are committed to helping you grow and elevate your training skills. This part-time position offers the potential to transition to a full-time role within three months as we expand our newly-built facility, which will include more training suites and increased opportunities for hours.

Responsibilities
- Design safe and effective programs, accommodating the unique needs/goals of clients
- Educate and empower clients, so that they are motivated to stay committed to their plan
- Bring a positive attitude and show regular appreciation every day
- Create unique, memorable and personal experiences for clients that make Fitness Together® customers clients for life
- Interact with clients and team members without judgement, and express empathy
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
- Always maintain a space of cleanliness and ensure a safe and accident-free environment
- Represent yourself professionally through your appearance, language and behavior
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
- National Certification required (NASM or ACSM)
- Must have atlead one full year of personal training and program design experience
- Extensive understanding of injury prevention/management
- Experience & success working with special populations
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
