What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager, Construction Operations position at Fitness Ventures, LLC (Crunch Fitness)?
As the Project Director you will work closely with our VP of Construction, you will play a critical role in overseeing our construction projects from conception to completion. Tasks will include administrative organizing of each project file, expertise in blueprint reading, design interpretation, and construction management will ensure that our projects are executed efficiently and meet our high standards of quality.

- Collaborate closely with architectural teams during pre-construction to ensure accuracy and detail in plans.
- Organizing project files by location as they move into the lease construction phase.
- Oversee the bid process to ensure comprehensive project budgets that streamline the construction process.
- Maintain open communication with internal staff and third-party construction teams.
- Participate in weekly pipeline calls and construction meetings to manage and update on ongoing projects.
- Utilize industry-standard software tools such as Excel, AIA G702 and G703 pay application formats, and ProCore construction management software to maintain organization and control over projects.
- Onboarding will include reviews of past projects, updates on current projects, and immediate involvement in pipeline calls and construction meetings to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
- You will report directly to the VP of Construction and collaborate closely with the VP of Development and the National Facilities Director, with occasional interactions with the Chief Financial Officer.
- Full-time position, expecting 40-50 hours per week.
- Regular travel required, including approximately two short trips per month, with expenses and per diems covered.
