Fitness Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins
• Operate as a producing sales person touring and onboarding new prospects
• Handle members' issues professionally and objectively, to resolve them through exceptional customer service
• Partner with general managers to improve the quality of gym programs for members
• Assist at our front desk by greeting everyone that comes in, answering phones, and talking to members
• Support the gym by acting as the manager on duty as needed.

Requirements

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Committed to continuing education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Good organization and time management skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition
• Personal passion for health and fitness
• A desire for learning new technology and techniques
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends

Compensation package= salary commission bonus

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
