Are you ready to bring the energy, drive results, and help others crush their fitness goals? Rumble Boxing, the high-energy boutique fitness studio that fuses boxing-inspired workouts with total-body strength training, is looking for passionate and motivated individual to join our team.
Our classes combine intense cardio, boxing technique, and functional strength training in an electrifying, nightclub-like atmosphere designed to leave clients feeling empowered and unstoppable.
Requirements:
- Strong sales skills, including confidence in driving personal sales
- Must be willing to learn about the brand and membership tiers
- Ready to pitch in with moving merchandise and equipment to keep our space running smoothly
- Comfortable with maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for clients—including assisting in keeping the Rumble studio, common and private areas lobby in top shape
- Able to handle light lifting (up to 30 lbs) to support day-to-day operations
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and holidays
- Passionate about achieving sales success
