THE ROLE
As General Manager, you're the captain of the ship—the person who ensures the studio runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll lead our sales, operations, and team with confidence and compassion while building a space that people genuinely want to be a part of. You’ll have a direct hand in shaping the vibe, growing the business, and creating a strong, supportive community.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Drive Revenue & Membership Growth
- Own and grow all revenue streams: memberships, retail, workshops, privates, and teacher training
- Hit monthly KPIs and celebrate wins with your team
- Present membership options that make people excited to join
Build Community & Keep Students Coming Back
- Lead the member journey from first visit to loyal yogi
- Manage lead flow through marketing, events, and referrals
- Ensure top-tier onboarding and retention experiences
- Maintain high-quality classes in partnership with the Director of Education
Be the Face of the Studio in the Community
- Run local marketing efforts and grassroots partnerships
- Manage and grow the studio’s social media presence
- Plan and attend events that bring new people through the doors
Lead & Inspire Your Team
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Wellness Advisors
- Support hiring and onboarding of Teachers alongside the Lead Teacher
- Cultivate a positive, professional, and motivating work environment
Keep Operations Smooth & Organized
- Manage studio budgets, supplies, and inventory
- Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and general studio upkeep
- Partner with the Franchise Owner and Corporate to maintain studio health
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Sales & Leadership Experience
- 2 years in fitness, wellness, or retail sales
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Proven ability to drive sales and lead generation
- Comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes
People Person Energy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in selling, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Ability to lead with empathy, positivity, and professionalism
- Comfortable working with a wide variety of personalities
Operational Excellence
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and able to learn studio software quickly
- Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
