Description:
Provide Logistical Support to the 3CAB, 3ID in its S4 & PBO section supporting all efforts relating to the merging of forward and rear DODAACs as well as the processing of daily PBO transaction.
Job Requirements
Assist BNs and the PBO with Class VII Acceptance of equipment to include preparing required paperwork for acceptance of equipment; processing all equipment; creating sub systems; verifying UII; filing paperwork IAW ARIMS and PBO standard properly; coordinating with multiple agencies ISO modernization; accessing and utilizing GCSS-A, Outlook, excel, PowerPoint, DST and any other enterprise system.
Pull and analyze data and manage subordinate BN’s proposed sourcing decisions (PSD) utilizing Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A), Force Management System Website (FMS Web) and Lead Material Integrator Decision Support Tool (LMI-DST).
Analyze, update and publish the Brigade (BDE) Logistics Status and Readiness Reports.
Compile, publish, and print the monthly Logistics Readiness Review (LRR) and monthly Property reports to assist BDE staff with presentation and briefings. Utilize SLRR data to publish and track FM operation efforts.
Communicate with Division and Corps regarding PSDs in LMI-DST.
Assist with the Marne Inspection Program (MIP) and Command Supply Discipline Programs (CSDP).
Assist with Staff Assistance Visits (SAV) to BNs requiring support with supply related functions such as fieldlings, divestitures, receiving issues, equipment turn in, and administrative functions.
Archive and organize historical logistical type documents (i.e. MIP and CDP Inspection results).
Check with BDE Operations Section (S3) staff for operations order status (OPORD) and calendar of upcoming fielding and inspections.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly filing and archiving of all PBO products and reports by section in order to maintain continuity and allow for future retrieval of the documents.
Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding FM Logistics, FM tracking, FM Briefing and Orders production, Modernization Tracking, Divestiture Tracking, and Synchronization programs tracking.
Prepare reports, briefs and attend additional meetings as requested during regular business hours.
Must be extremely analytical and detail-oriented to maintain a high level of data integrity.
possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports/operation orders and working instructions.
Possess experience in the analysis of CSDP and CMDP to include shortcomings and development of corrective recommendations to Unit Commanders.
Minimum Requirements:
Prior NCO
Have, at a minimum, three (3) years’ experience in management of tasks involving the sustainment and maintenance of Army supplies and equipment.
Have at least 3 years Property Book experience to conduct property transactions on behalf of the PBO.
Must be a graduated from the Army 92Y or 92A MOS producing school or other branch of service in the US Navy, Air Force, Cost Guard, Space Force, or Marine Corps supply system.
Possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports/operation orders and working instructions.
Be proficient in Microsoft Suite products with extensive knowledge of Excel in order to analyze and manipulate data in multiple formats and outputs.
Must be eligible to attain and maintain a CAC.
Valid state driver's license.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be a US citizen.
