TLDR
FitXR is seeking a passionate Brand Designer to join our lean marketing team. This role will be pivotal in shaping the visual identity of FitXR across all marketing channels, from digital executions like email and social media to print and digital event collateral. You will not only be responsible for creating visually compelling assets but also play a key role in evolving and maintaining our brand visual design system. We're looking for a creative thinker with a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries within an evolving brand framework.
This is a fully remote, full-time U.S. based position reporting to the CMO.
Where you'll spend your timeDesign and produce high-quality marketing assets for various channels, including :
Social media posts, stories, and adsWebsite banners and landing pagesEmail templates and graphicsEvent collateral (brochures, signage, promotional materials)
Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the FitXR brand visual design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.Explore visual design system in partnership with Product DesignFully own our merch store for employees, partners, and communityManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines.What we would love to see from you
3-4 years of experience as a Brand Designer or Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing tactical marketing design work.Proficient in Figma and any other design software of your choosingSolid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.Experience operating within brand guidelines - influence in shaping them is a bonusStrong understanding of digital marketing best practices and design requirements for various channels.Passion for fitness, technology, and the VR / AR space is a plus.Experience with video editing, motion graphics or animation is a major plus.What you'll find at FitXR
