Our client is looking for a Project Construction Manager that plays a crucial role in supervising and managing every facet of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality and safety standards. This position entails collaboration with various project stakeholders, such as clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate smooth execution from the planning stage through to project completion. Additionally, the Project Construction Manager oversees all laborers and subcontractors, conducts inspections, and offers coaching to employees as necessary to uphold high performance and meet project specifications.

Additionally, the Project Construction Manager oversees all laborers and subcontractors, conducts inspections, and offers coaching to employees as necessary to uphold high performance and meet project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive records of all documentation and services completed
- Order supplies and materials for projects while keeping a well-organized inventory
- Provide ongoing staff training and support, focusing on safety operating standards
- Evaluate employee performance, manage job surveys, oversee team work schedules, and handle daily Time-Off requests, reporting findings to upper management
- Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with clients; Estimate and secure new client accounts
- Draft proposals for clients that include a detailed bid for their total cost estimate
- Collaborate with team members to define construction roles and responsibilities
- Share updates on social media to enhance brand awareness and attract prospects
- Enforce all health and safety regulations to prevent injuries and ensure project completion, promptly reporting any issues to upper management
- Monitor progress by reviewing performance goals and deadlines, ensuring the project stays on track with the project manager's timeline and subcontractor deliverables
- Oversee construction workers and subcontractors, conduct routine on-site inspections, and provide guidance as necessary to ensure each project achieves a high-quality outcome - ensure that End of Day tasks, notes, and all pending items are submitted and reviewed for internal processing
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as needed.
- 2 years of Organizational skills experience
- 2 years of proven experience in the Construction Industry, including the entire building process, building codes, equipment, material resources, construction methods, etc. – Preferred
- 2 - 5 years of Operational Management Experience – Preferred
- 3 years of Team Management Experience (minimum 10 employees)
- 3 years of Project Management Experience
- 3 years of Construction Building Process Experience
- 3 years of Water Features Experience – Preferred
- Microsoft Office 365 and similar platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal client-facing skills
- Ability to carry out job responsibilities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Physical requirement involving the exertion of force up to 50 pounds, including standing, lifting, and walking flights of stairs
- Available for daily onsite presence, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Proven knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Active Driver’s License, with clean MVR history
- High School Diploma or equivalent - Required
- Bilingual (Spanish) ability - Preferred
- Full-Time | $80,000 - 100,000/salary
