Job Title : Automotive Service Advisor
Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and the customer service experience. Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to our dealership
- Listen to customer concerns and provide recommendations for services and repairs
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle
- Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Communicate with technicians to ensure all necessary repairs are completed
- Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed on each vehicle
- Complete Manufacturer required training
