Job Overview

Downtown Charleston law firm is looking for a customer service friendly Client Intake Manager to service potentially new clients. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the intake process for clients, ensuring that all necessary information is collected efficiently and accurately. This position requires strong organizational skills, a sales background, and the ability to work collaboratively to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for clients. the ideal candidate will have inside sales experience, or formal training experience (i.e. Enterprise, ADP, Paychecks). No cold calling is required. There will be some front desk receptionist duties required.

Duties

• Manage all leads in the firm, onboard clients, assist clients with ongoing problems, manage closing process and Google reviews.
• Oversee answering service, ensuring all calls are answered and responded to immediately.
• Answer phones during training and a portion of the day
• Conduct interviews with potential clients to gather relevant information regarding their legal needs.
• Utilize a Document Management Systems to maintain accurate client files and records.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to facilitate effective case management.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows for the intake process to enhance productivity.

Experience

• Sales background is required. Previous legal intake experience is a bonus.
• Must have a customer service background and personality to empathize with people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

Firm Offers

· Salary: $60k, plus a bonus when certain parameters are met. 1st year potential is $100k
