Job Description:
- Manage parts sale process in its entirety
- Effectively manage phone traffic
- Assist with department inventory management
- Provide accurate pricing quotes by phone and in person
- Process, manage, and fill parts orders to completion
- Ensure a clean, organized working space, as well as department showroom
- Maintain professional demeanor while representing Fitzgerald Peterbilt
Qualifications:
- Previous sales/industry experience necessary
- Retail background knowledge
- Computer literacy, including experience multitasking multiple programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior customer service phone skills with high call volume
- Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds
