Fitzgerald Peterbilt currently employs over 150 employees throughout our various locations that include Huntsville, Birmingham, Gadsden, and Montgomery in Alabama, Bristol and Fancy Gap in Virginia and in Cookeville, Tennessee.
Job Description:
- Communicate with technicians, service manager, and parts department in order to ensure repairs are completed
- Schedule service appointments
- Provide updates to customers about repair status, delays, etc.
- Greet and write service customers up in a timely manner
- Review repair orders and be able to accurately explain repairs to customers
Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- CDK experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of automotive repairs
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Driven team player who is proactive in their work environment
