The Job at a glance:
· Diagnose and repair heavy duty trucks, heavy haul trucks.
· The ability to explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers on an as-required basis.
· The desire to continuously learn new technical information and techniques in training.
· Assist fellow technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
· Adhere to all company policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Diesel Certification preferred (or equal hands on verifiable work experience)
- Must have own tools
- Must have a valid driver's license
- CDL preferred but not required
