Job description
The Marion Group seeks an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee exciting new construction projects in the south shore area. We are looking for a loyal and dedicated individual who can translate his or her expertise and skills to our company’s high standards. Experience with both new construction and construction management is preferred.
You will be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to:
1. Overseeing all activity on your designated job site.
2. Completing quality and safety inspections.
3. Supervising and advising sub-contractors, vendors, and staff.
4. Reporting construction progress to company president and construction team.
5. Adhering to construction schedule, and ensuring job is completed in a timely manner.
A qualified candidate must have a minimum of three years’ supervision experience in a construction setting. This include experience with the following skills: reading site plans, understanding and adhering to building code requirements, understanding and monitoring subcontractors’ scope of work, and monitoring and managing vendor deliveries on site.
Additional requirements for this position are as follows:
1. Must be self-motivated and willing to follow a successful system.
2. Must maintain clear and active communication with construction team (Verbal and written).
3. Ensuring a professional attitude will be maintained at all times.
5. Ability to navigate construction software. Specifically experience with Procore.
6. Ability to follow and enforce OSHA health and safety guidelines.
7. Problem solving and prioritizing tasks based on level of importance.
8. Valid driver's license.
Benefits:
Excellent pay and benefit package (Pay varies based on experience).
Salary starting at 70K ranging to 100K Plus per year, with annual bonuses.

Schedule:
Minimum of 8 hours per day. You must be flexible to arrive on site early or stay late as needed. Weekend hours may be required.
